The Role
We're looking for a Multi Site Manager to join our growing team! You will be responsible for the day to day running of our busy sites located within Thorpe Park and Chessington, managing the staff and ensuring we are always providing exceptional customer service to our customers!
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include people management, great organisational skills and providing exceptional service. Key responsibilities of the role are:
- You will ensure our busy units based within Thorpe Park and Chessington are continuously working towards delivering on our company goals, while maintaining our company standards.
- Being responsible for maintaining the highest operating standards across your locations and ensure that all stores/units look presentable and vibrant
- You will guide and mentor your team members to enhance performance and growth through targets, incentives and leadership.
- You will be responsible for accurately measuring and reporting end of day KPIs as well as maintaining systems to ensure we are keeping product wastage to a minimum
- You will ensure proper measures are in place to achieve the correct handling of our products to retain its freshness and quality
- You will become an expert in our brand standards and ensure that the retail teams follow these standards too
- You will provide detailed analysis on each of the stores/units and make recommendations of what we can do to increase profit.
- You will be willing to travel between sites as and when required.
Overall, this role requires a people-centric approach, strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of the brand, and the ability to work autonomously while achieving team targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
