Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
This role you will be working a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, alternating both days and nights.
As the Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Conduct work that provides a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines
- Provide a reactive and pro-active maintenance service as per project requirements to all operational equipment.
- Carrying out modifications and installations when required
- Maintaining, repairing, and calibrating electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plant to optimize both reliability and maintainability.
- Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met and liaise with contractors or external suppliers where required.
- Complete any required paperwork, produce reports accurately and on a timely basis.
To be successful for this Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer role you must have:
- Appropriate up to date training such as NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline)
- Good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance.
- Responsibility for yourselves and others to maintain a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills and be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written.
