Job Description
As a key member of the engineering team, you will actively contribute to team performance and maintain a strong focus on customer care.
Your duties will include overseeing the activities of specialist sub-contractors and ensuring their work aligns with our client's standards of excellence.
Additionally, you will participate in the site's shift and call-out rota, providing essential support to address any maintenance issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient and timely completion of PPM and reactive tasks across the campus
- Carry out fault finding and repairs on a range of M&E and HVAC systems and provide effective solutions
- Prioritise scheduling of PPM and reactive work tasks in line with SLA’s whilst ensuring a high-quality service
- Ensure that service levels are being met or exceeded
- Develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of the sites engineering systems
- Have a proactive approach in regard reporting of issues and updating records to support site compliance
- Support the delivery of small works and upgrade projects
- Utilise the sites technologies and systems when carrying out duties
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience working in M&E building maintenance in high profile corporate environments
- Capable of fault finding and diagnostics on M&E and HVAC systems
- Requires excellent teamwork, ownership and customer service skills
- Ability to use IT systems and software
- Health and Safety experience with IOSH qualifications desirable
- Electrical, Mechanical or Multi Skilled Engineering trade discipline
- City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or similar qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
