Precision Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner for work on an on-going basis.

Full Job Description

· Occupied Housing - Social Housing Scheme

· 08.00 - 16.30 = 8 Hours Per Day (Paid)

· £22 Per Hour (Contracted Rate)

Duties:

• Working on a bathroom replacement scheme for the local council
• Joinery work including skirts, doors and boxing in
• Have experience in dry lining and patch plastering
• Can tile to a decent standard
• Have experience in minor plumbing works
• Adhering to Health & Safety

About you:

• Right to Work in the UK
• CSCS Card or Certificate
• Previous experience working on a Social Housing
• Have experience aspects of joinery, including skirting, boxing in
• Have own transport and tools
• Enthusiastic and MUST be able to use initiative when unsupervised
• Working references ideally from a similar job

• Joinery: 3 years (required)
• Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)
• Driving Licence (required)
