Hours: Monday – Friday 10:00-18:00 (flexibility is required as this might involve working on rotational shift pattern 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm)

Hourly rate: £12.00 per hour
gap personnel Bristol are acting as an employment business, currently working in partnership with the UK’s leading cosmetics company Elemis. gap personnel are currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator based in Avonmouth, Bristol,BS11 . As a Warehouse Administrator you will join a team where you will become a key and valued member providing administrative support to the Warehouse Operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all orders are using scanning systems as required. Using computerised systems to book courier collections.
- To ensure that all orders are packed as carefully and efficiently as possible as per training and methods instructed by management and ensuring all shipper cartons are labelled correctly.
- To ensure all consignments are shipped using the appropriate carrier as per management guidelines.
- To ensure that our Customer’s requirements are met and exceeded within deadlines through coordinating and prioritizing activity across shifts
The Candidate:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong IT skills
- Energetic and positive "can do" attitude
- An excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
- A good problem solver
- Attention to detail
