A market leading supplier to the retail sector who are actively recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join their team. Working within their national distribution centre as part of a team focused business, this will be directly reporting into a warehouse administration manager supporting you in carrying out :
- Releasing orders
- Resolving Interface issues
- Booking deliveries for weekly distribution to customers
- Administration of urgent customer orders, ensuring that these are flagged to the warehouse and despatched.
- Resolving orders that have not been despatched and liaising with relevant departments and customers.
- Handling email and telephone queries from Customer Services
- Recording of agency staff hours
- Invoices for overseas orders
- Error sheet analysis
- Filing of paperwork
- Maintaining a number of Excel spreadsheets to provide accurate information regarding warehouse operations
- Addressing general warehouse enquiries.
The successful Warehouse Administrator will have a need to hold key experience within administration from within a supplier, warehouse, logistics environment and have strong Excel, SAP or WMS systems experience. This would be the ideal role for a Warehouse Administrator, stock administrator or administrator.
Working on a rotation basis, this will see you work week 1 Monday to Friday 06:00am to 14:00pm and week 2 Monday to Friday 14:00pm to 22:00pm with early finishes every Friday. Any hours worked outside this would be paid at overtime.
