Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Orion is partnered with an innovative Horticultural and manufacturing business located in Granville, Dungannon which is recruiting for an electrically biased Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Duties & Experience:

• Work proactively to maintain and repair equipment across the site.

• Promptly respond to breakdowns and planned maintenance work.
• To carry out routine maintenance of all production machinery.
• Fault finding diagnostics on conveyor lines
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Support line managers on continuous improvement and efficiencies projects
• Writing SOPs
• Installation and commissioning
• Work orders for breakdowns, PPM's etc..

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Required Experience :

• Must be apprentice trained or NVQ level 2 in Engineering
• Production and manufacturing environment
• Heavy industrial maintenance experience (conveyors, granulators, mixers, baggers etc..)  
• PLC's '' fault finding
• Supporting junior engineers
• Motivated & able to work on own initiative
• Be able to understand Schematics drawings.
• Reliable and flexible attitude to work.
• Excellent communication skills.

Shifts: Shift rotation days & nights (40 hours per week):

Week 1:  Monday to Friday 6.00am '' 15.00pm

Week 2:  Monday to Thursday 13.00pm to 22.30pm and Friday 13.30pm to 20.00pm
