As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of machinery, ensuring that all equipment is running efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our production team to prevent, detect, and eliminate any faults, abnormalities, and inefficiencies in our manufacturing processes. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the high standards that our company is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure they are running at peak performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in a timely manner
- Monitor and analyse machine performance to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with production team to ensure continuous improvements in processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair tasks
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Work towards achieving KPI targets and contribute to the overall success of the team and company

Qualifications and Experience:

- A relevant engineering qualification or apprenticeship
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
