Patient Liaison / Traffic Management
Resourcing Group are working with a national facilities management company, who work within the NHS Sector.
My client are looking to appoint traffic management / Patient Liaison for their teams in Exeter.
Duties will be :-
- to manage patient expectations within the drop of zone of the facility and advising of the park and ride facility.
- assisting patients with getting to their appointments on time.
- Where possible, the needs of the patient are prioritised and accommodated whilst maintaining patient and visitor safety within the drop-off zone
- Provide access to vehicles through the gates into the stores/maintenance for dropping off deliveries and NHS maintenance contractors
- working times will be 7.00 - 19.00 hours ( this can be split if needs be)
- Breaks throughout the day
- full ppe included
- temp to perm role after 14 weeks.
- Traffic Marshall experience would be advantageous but not essential.
