What you’ll do:
- Diagnose faults, testing, and repairing systems ranging from water & sanitation to fixtures and building fabrics.
- Ensure the aesthetic and functional integrity of building finishes, fixtures, and fittings.
- Engage in basic plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating tasks.
- Oversee contractors, ensuring compliance with site rules and regulations.
- Identify and recommend solutions for life cycle issues, supporting continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the site’s compliance requirements , ensuring a streamlined operational environment.
- Diligently document defects or potential issues in the company Access Maintain platform.
- Manage stock levels of required parts/fittings.
- Manage daily updates on work progress on CAFM system in conjunction with FM Coordinator.
What you bring:
- Five years of hands-on experience in building services.
- Clear and efficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in numeracy and computer-related tasks.
- A background in regulated working environments.
- A technical qualification in a recognized trade, showcasing your expertise. (Desired)
