SalaryJob Overview :We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic HVAC operative to joint our growing engineering family. Suitable training and up-skilling - May be given, as and when required, to achieve competency and the ability to perform there duties.
Main Duties : PPM and reactive maintenance to plumbing systems and mechanical & electrical systems at a busy airport, including FCUs, AHUs, extract systems and other HVAC plant.
Must be a qualified / experienced plumber. Carrying out operational and maintenance activities as directed by management, whilst ensuring work is executed in a safe and suitable manner Identifying faults and accurately diagnosing root causes.To safely and efficiently install, maintain and repair plant and equipment within competency levels.
What we are looking for :
Minimum qualification - NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing / City & Guilds craft certificate/ONC etc or equivalent mechanical background with sound plumbing experience, Knowledege of BMS systems is desirable.
Driving licence & Able to work in a team or alone. Customer focused person Ensures area of responsibility is to delivered to a high standard.
