Specialising in planned and reactive works, as well as full refurbishments, we work closely with Housing Associations, Letting Agents, and Landlords.
As our company continues to grow year on year, we have ambitious plans for the future and are urgently looking to hire Tradespersons to join our Trades Team. We welcome applications from general builders, maintenance engineers, specialised tradespeople, especially painters and decorators, and qualified electricians. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Key Requirements:
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work is a must
- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to interpret daily instructions and specifications
- Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of high quality work with customer testimonials
- You will be comfortable using mobile technology and able to communicate effectively through email and WhatsApp
- Well-mannered and polite with a clean and smart appearance
- You will be able to work effectively as part of a team or independently
- A valid driver's license is essential
- Based in Greater Manchester

Job Details:
- Full and part time positions available
- Full time 40 hour per week contract, Monday to Friday
- Competitive hourly rates
- 21 days holiday plus additional leave after qualifying service
