SalaryAre you a multi-skilled tradesperson with previous experience in commercial settings? This role is a field -based role and you will be responsible for attending customers sites and will be tasked with general maintenance including internal and external maintenance, basic electrical and plumbing work, painting and of commercial sites for customers.
As a Multi-skilled tradesperson you will be attending sites and liaising with customers directly to ensure all work is completed to a high standard. This is a field based role and you will be provided with a van and tools for the job.
Skills needed for this Multi-Skilled Tradesperson:
- Previous experience essential
- Electrically competent
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
- Work on your own initiative
- Proactive
- GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 (depending on experience)
- Van and tools provided
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
- Paid door to door
- NIC course
- Call Out 1:4 Weekends
