Our housing client has an exciting opportunity for you to join their team as an Multi Trade Operative, where you'll be based in Bristol.
Your day-to-day tasks will include, but not limited to:
- Plumbing, carpentry and masonry both internally and externally to properties and communal areas.
- Ensure that work is carried out to a professional standard, adhering to building regulations, codes of practice or best practice.
- To liaise with customers and other colleagues, as appropriate, to ensure all relevant individuals are aware of progress and action taken.
- Provide a high-quality service to customers and maintain a good customer relationship.
- Deliver works on time and first time wherever possible.
- Be available to cover out of hours emergency call out in accordance with the rota.
- Complete and maintain paperwork and records accurately in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Procure job related materials through our main partnering suppliers in accordance with our policies.
- Utilise all tools and equipment provided appropriately, maintain them in a good working order, report defects as appropriate and keep them secure.
