Are you an experienced Multi-Trade Operative looking for an opportunity to join a leading Housing Association priding themselves on looking after both their customers and employees. This is the perfect opportunity for a you to join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service carrying out a range of repairs across their Bristol housing stock.

Your new role
As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be required to work across both void and occupied properties, assisting both the planned works and responsive repairs teams. You will be responsible for carrying out repairs in all trades, including basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, carpentry, kitchen and bathroom installation and painting and decorating. As a Multi-Trade, you will often be the face of the business to your customers, so it is essential you are confident in building strong customer relationships while working quickly and safely to complete repairs as soon as possible.

What you\'ll need to succeed
You must have experience of working as a Multi-Trade Operative within a domestic setting, ideally in a Social Housing environment. A recognised qualification in either Carpentry or Plumbing would also be preferred, however not essential. Due to the company van you will be entitled to in this role, it is also essential you hold a full UK Driving License.
