Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative on a Permanent basis.
A bit about the role:
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will provide a general repairs service to Peabody Group stock in the public and communal areas to maintain in good repair all aspects of our buildings and infrastructure.
To identify in a proactive way both reactive and planned repairs and to develop, in conjunction with colleagues, programs to deliver this work to required standards
Some of the key results for the role include:
To provide ‘right first time’ general repairs and maintenance services across all Peabody group stock within public and communal areas in an efficient, cost effective and high-quality manner.
To plan the service provision for both reactive and proactive repairs.
To carry out repairs including but not restricted to - tiling, painting, plastering, carpentry, glazing, minor plumbing, metal work and general repairs to effect a high quality, cost effective finish.
To look after and maintain all required equipment and tools to provide the service, including van provided.
To take part in the quality assurance checking with both Peabody Group officers and tenant inspectors.
To compile accident report information.
This role will require a UK driver’s licence.
