Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative for a full time position in Redditch permanent. Experience in social housing is desired. Candidates will be multi skilled. You will be provided with your own company van.

The Job and duties of Multi-trade operative

• • Undertaking repairs
  • Travelling from property to property undertaking repairs
  • Be happy customer facing

Multi skilled operatives must be experienced

Be willing to travel to different properties to undertake repairs

Requirements for a Multi Skilled Operative

• • You will need a Full UK driving license
  • A qaulification in a trade - NVQ
  • Proven experience in the reactive repairs and maintenance sector
  • Be able to provide at least two working references
