Reporting into the VIVO Built Estate Manager you will be involved with refurbishment, planned and reactive maintenance .
 
This role will see you carry out repairs to a variety of building services such as redecoration, general minor repairs, changing of locks, noticeboard installations etc.
 
Within this role you will act as a second person or assistant to Vivo team members and Tier 1 suppliers for multi person tasks, alongside providing escorting duties to various locations around site & other local satellite sites.
This role will see you completing a variety a administration and quality tasks such as; surveys/data gathering, Assurance checks and inspections.
 
What you’ll need to do this role  
 
You will have practical hands on experience and training in a trade related field, whether that be through qualifications or previous employment.
This role will see you travel to other local sites within a close proximity therefore it is essential that you hold a clean and valid UK driving licence to drive the company van.
  
It is desirable that you have experience of operating within an MOD environment and have familiarity with geography and establishments within area of responsibility   
  
You must be able to pass SC Clearance to be considered for this role.
