Hourly Rate: GBP16.11 per hour

Are you a skilled and versatile Multi Trade Operative seeking a rewarding opportunity? Our client is currently looking for individuals to join their team in Peterborough, working on a Social Housing Responsive Repairs contract.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests
• Undertaking a variety of trades, including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, general repairs and plastering
• Completing assigned jobs efficiently and to a high standard
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed
• Achieving weekly job completion targets to qualify for bonus incentives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative or in a similar role.
• Proficient in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving license
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a Responsive Repairs contract.
