Multi-Trade Operative

I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trader, to carry out general Multi Trade works for a leading maintenance company.
The ideal Multi Trader will have a carpentry or plumbing biased and be a strong allrounder in other trades.
This contract is an ongoing temporary role on a voids contract.
What the Multi Trade Operative will be doing:

• Carrying out all Multi trade works including carpentry and plumbing
• Working in void property's
• Carrying out works on 1 property per day/week

What the Multi Trade Operative will receive:

• A fixed hourly rate of £22 an hour
• Consistent, ongoing work

What the Multi Trade operative will need:

• Experience working as a multi trader (Preferably qualified in plumbing or carpentry)
• Own Van and tools
