Salary: 33,600 + van & fuel card, holiday and overtime available
Undertaking:
- Day to day response maintenance, repairs and related remedial works
- Collaborating with other maintenance traders to carry out multifaceted works
- Utilising skills in plumbing, plastering, tiling and joinery to carry out bathroom and kitchen fits
- Fitting and repairing windows and doors
- Liaising with the planner on distributed roles
- Customer interaction and service to a high standard
Requirements:
- Time Served/NVQ / C&G qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
- Full tool set
- Full driving license
