Location: Site based around Kirkdale, Liverpool – Typically working Monday to Friday 39 hours

You will work on planned refurbishment works within tenanted Social Housing properties, meaning your days will be varied and interesting. The works will on the main be Patch plastering following Window replacements but not limited to.
You will also have access to training and development ensuring that you are continuously learning and progressing your own career.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience
- Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a trade background, within Plastering, that can cover a Multi Trade role but in the main patch plastering following window replacements, estimated to replace 2 x whole house windows daily .
- Flexible Multi Trader to carry out routine maintenance and refurbishment works across residential properties
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device daily
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
- Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- This role will require a DBS check
About You
Ideally you will possess a Trade qualification ideally in plastering with the ability to work across multiple trades, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service. We have exciting growth plans and want people who are equally as ambitious as we are.
