Multi Trade Plumber – Covering SE London with Rochester based office

Full Time TTP – 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8-5)

Salary: £36,000 per annum + company van & fuel card

Your Responsibilities:

• Undertake responsive, routine repairs and void repairs to social housing properties
• A wide variety of plumbing repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and empty properties including at least 2 other secondary trade skills
• Basic skills of carpentry, flooring, general glazing, plastering, decorating, and tiling
• The work will include:
  • Bathroom installations
  • First and second fixing
  • Emergency water escape repairs
  • Drainage
  • Tap Change
  • Ball Valve
  • Waste Blockage
  • Pipe Work
  • Shower pump replacements
  • Ceramic wall tiling

The successful candidate will have:

• A technical background and NVQ Level 2-3 in plumbing or equivalent
• A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (responsive, void, planned)
• Full, UK driving licence
