Multi Trade Technician responsibilities:
- Carry out snagging/finishing works on lead up to property handovers
- Resolve reported post sales snagging issues and communicating progress back to purchaser and CSC
- Carry out any ad hoc works required as requested by CSC associated to new build properties
- Assist with preparation of properties for sale and handover which may involve final snagging works and cleaning
- At times arrange access for contractors and customer property inspections
- Maintain highest standard of tidiness and protection during work in people's homes
- Maintain the highest standard of safety, reporting back on any non-compliance or hazards spotted
- Be customer facing and provide a caring and professional approach to customer issues
- Visit customers where technical expertise is required to assess and diagnose issues with support from external contractors and the CSC
- On an ad hoc basis assist with general property maintenance work in other areas of the business, working alongside other maintenance operatives
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Full clean driving license
- Related trade qualifications
- Experience in a customer focused environment
- Strong understanding of H&S compliance
