Multi Trader

• Do you have an NVQ level 2 or 3 in Carpentry?
• Are you qualified in City and Guilds 6219-07: Multi-skills?
• Do you have a Full UK driving license?
• Are you an experienced Multi Trader?
• Are you committed to delivering an excellent customer experience?

Here at Peabody, we have 2 opportunities for a Multi Trader on a Permanent at our Houghton Regis office.

A bit about the role:

As a Multi Trader, you will complete multi-skilled activities such as: carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, bricklaying, and decorating (as applicable) to a high standard and in line with company standards and specification whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Some of the key results for the role include:

• Ensure all work is carried out within the allocated time frame to a high standard and quality and communicate progress to colleagues.
• Be able to work on your own initiative.
• Be available for the Out of Hours (OOH) standby cover.
• Comply & adhere to all Health and Safety regulations including PPE, COSHH, and RAMS.
• Maintain appropriate van stock and ensure orders are placed with suppliers and comply with the group specifications.

This role will require a full UK driver’s licence.
