Multi Trader

Peabody has 2 exciting opportunities for a Multi Traderon a full time, permanent contract based in Houghton Regis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of circa GBP30,900 per annum.

Weekly hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

What we're looking for in our Multi Trader:

• Do you have an NVQ level 2 or 3 in Carpentry?
• Are you qualified in City and Guilds 6219-07: Multi-skills?
• Do you have a Full UK driving license?
• Are you an experienced Multi Trader?
• Are you committed to delivering an excellent customer experience?

As a Multi Trader, you will complete multi-skilled activities such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, bricklaying, and decorating (as applicable) to a high standard and in line with company standards and specifications whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

What you can expect to be doing as our Multi Trader:

• Ensure all work is carried out within the allocated time frame to a high standard and quality and communicate progress to colleagues
• Be able to work on your own initiative
• Be available for the Out of Hours (OOH) standby cover
• Comply & adhere to all Health and Safety regulations including PPE, COSHH, and RAMS
• Maintain appropriate van stock and ensure orders are placed with suppliers and comply with the group specifications
