Social Housing Contractor looking for Multi Traders join the Repairs Team in London, carrying out day to day maintenance and repairs.
Properties are based in and around South London.
This role is mobile with a van and fuel card provided by the client. A full UK Driving licence is required with no more than 6 points, due to insurance reasons.
The client will also provide you with a PDA and uniform to carry out your duties
Duties will include:
- Flooring
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Painting and Decoration
- Tiling
- Patch Plastering
INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD AT THE HEAD OFFICE IN ROMFORD
HOURS 8am - 5pm
PAID 42.5 hours
UNPAID 30 minutes lunch
