Monday- Friday 8am- 4.30pm

This is a sales target driven role providing support to both customers and Internal & External Teams. The role will cover both Domestic and Export Markets. You will be dealing with customers directly and supporting internal teams with any technical issues across the Sales function. The role is key to maintaining the high level of customer care delivered and the continual growth of sales revenue via outbound telesales.

Duties

• Meet and exceed sales targets through high levels of activity by managing incoming leads and outbound sales calls
• Qualify leads to enhance pipeline value and forecast accuracy
• Follow up sales and internet enquiries providing excellent service and customer experience
• Provide application / solutions to enquiries using products
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, new and existing, through managing and interpreting their requirements
• Explore the needs of our customers for potential new products.
• Carry out market research, identifying new opportunities and lead generation
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
• Produce quotations and follow up tenaciously

Experience

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience of working in a technical environment, ideally solving customer/Internal issues
• Passionate about sales and delivering excellent customer service
• Multi-lingual (Any combination of German, French, Spanish, English etc.)
• Initiative to find answers to questions
• Naturally solution oriented
• Self-motivated
• Good time management and priority handling
