B2B Sales Executive
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands
Salary: �35,000 plus bonus
Contract: Full time, permanent
We are seeking a motivated and results driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with third parties negotiating and finalising contracts and ongoing client management. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales within the claims industry or a related field.

The Role - Key Responsibilities :
* Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's clients reaching out to CMC's and law firms, to acquire and market to their client base.
* Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels (email, phone, in-person meetings).
* Engage in regular follow-ups to nurture and strengthen relationships.
* Consistently achieve set targets.
* Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Work closely with operations and customer service teams to meet client needs.
* Analyse competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategies.
* Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and pain points.
* Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
* Use CRM software to track progress and generate reports.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with third parties, including insurance companies, legal firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
* Lead the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely and accurate handling of mass volume claims.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of claims services.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business deals.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
* Stay updated on industry developments and changes to maintain a competitive edge.
* Participate in industry events and professional development opportunities.
Experience:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the claims management industry, legal sector or a related field.
* Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing client base.
* Experience in process optimisation and efficiency improvements.
* Familiarity with compliance requirements and industry standards.
* Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
