Salary- Key tasks as Multimedia Technician include: •
- Design and develop visual communications from conception to production
- Operate and maintain digital equipment, including software, audio, video and lighting
- Capture and edit both video and photography as required • Operate a variety of illustrative, editing, presentation and 3D modelling software
- Apply design principles and best practice principles to all outputs • An interest in music based technical equipment and digital audio editing may be desirable
- To take responsibility for the creation and distribution of high quality Multimedia projects for the College such as: Website and social media development and maintenance
- Press and social media liaison
- Photography and filming of school events
- Graphic design
- Movie production
- Audio editing
- To support the Network Manager of the school through the preparation, installation and configuration of all ICT and Multimedia equipment, and general duties.
- Support for teaching staff in the use of software and hardware
- To be responsible for the booking and checking of ICT/Multimedia equipment
- Any other duties as assigned by line management
