Our Business Services team is a collective of creative, strategic, forward-thinking business enablers. Together the People & Culture, Clients & Markets, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business.
This role will be part of the Clients & Markets team. This is a hybrid role due to the nature of the work, and you may be required to travel nationally from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of a major upcoming rebrand for the firm.
- Take responsibility for presenting innovative solutions to design requirements within brand guidelines.
- Become the ‘go to' contact in the firm for creating impactful, creative and functional multimedia and design content
- Work from our purpose-built media room/ edit suite in London, making use of green screen and multi-camera setup to create high-quality and professional content for internal and external audiences.
- Create a small network of trusted external designers and agencies to support the core team.
- Implement and carefully manage design requests through a robust process that provides challenge to clients in terms of meeting their desired business objectives and considers alignment with the brand guidelines.
- Meet with colleagues/stakeholders to determine the project scope.
- Podcasting and the audio editing.
- Design and produce attractive multimedia content according to website specifications.
- Create digital images, video animation, and text animations.
- Create original artwork for digital image processing.
- Carry out In-house filming for corporate videos.
- Provide basic training on filming video content for a small group of colleagues.
- Record, edit, and encode audio/video files, and perform media edits based on user feedback.
- Stay abreast of developments across the design industry to ensure we utilise the latest thinking / innovation, and develop processes and procedures to further enhance the design service we offer the business.
- Ensure guidelines are adhered to both in the production of in-house design work and when working alongside partner organisations/agencies, while allowing scope for creative expressions of our brand within the guidelines.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows, and take accountability to deliver positive change.
- Maintain library of multimedia content internally and externally.
- Line manage one designer.
Knowledge and Skills:
- At least three years' experience in a similar role.
- A complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premier Pro and Sketch, and other multimedia tools.
- Ability to collaborate on long-term projects.
- Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principals, and animation.
- Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
- Good management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of web publishing software.
- Previous experience working in a busy design studio, preferably in or with professional services, but not essential.
- Experience of delivering high quality off-line/online/social/rich media design solutions on time and to budget.
- Experience of employing and developing brand guidelines within your design work.
