Undertake all aspects of general daily cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sweeping, waste management, and cleaning toilet/washroom facilities. Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning materials as required in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.
You will be working Saturday and Sunday, 06:00 to 15:30, 18 hours per week, on a permanent, part-time basis.
Impact:
Operative will be working in public and private areas; knowledge of the area, local business and landmarks is a must; operative will be representing OCS and Southbank Centre while on duty.
Complexity:
Operative may be approached by members of the public for various reasons (eg. asking for directions, local/site information, etc).
Qualifications or Required Experience:
Candidate should have experience in operating cleaning equipment; candidates without experience but with the willingness to work in the cleaning industry may also be considered for this position; experience in communicating or receiving work instructions over radios and mobile phones. Must be able to communicate effectively with work colleagues and member of the public.
