• Inclusive Teaching Approach: Foster an inclusive environment, accommodating students of all musical abilities.
• Technology Integration: Incorporate music technology for composition and production, enhancing the learning experience.
• Individualized Support and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship, especially for students interested in pursuing music beyond the standard curriculum.
• Providing safeguarding and pastoral support.
