We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic KS3 & KS4 Music Teacher to join our team in East Kent. We have partnered with vibrant and inclusive schools nestled in the heart of East Kent. Our commitment to providing a rich and diverse curriculum extends to our Music department, where we strive to nurture creativity and musical talent in our students.
Your Role:
- Planning and delivering dynamic lessons that cater to a range of musical abilities and interests.
- Inspiring students to develop their musical skills through practical activities, performance opportunities, and exploration of various genres and styles.
- Utilizing technology and other resources to enhance the learning experience and foster creativity.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting students in achieving their full potential.
- Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular music activities.
Qualification and Requirement:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Music at Key Stages 3 and 4, with a proven track record of success.
- A passion for music education and a commitment to inspiring students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage learners.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace innovative teaching approaches.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
