Are you an experienced NAM who has experience and knowledge of working with Textured hair? My client is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to become a Textured Hair Champion, driving growth in the UK market by managing their retail account base. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in retail account management, particularly within the health and beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales to increase distribution, broaden assortment, and accelerate the rate of sales within the account base.
• Manage the trade marketing budget to maximize the impact of brands in-store and online.
• Identify new opportunities within the existing account portfolio.
• Conduct frequent retailer meetings to build and review day-to-day business, present NPD projects, and provide seasonal updates.
• Build and strengthen existing working relationships with retailers.
• Develop logical business plans with retailers.
• Analyse business performance to identify trends at the product/brand level and develop/execute strategies to grow sales and market share.
• Manage operational and financial forecasts. Core Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years in a National Account Manager role.
• Experience in the health and beauty industry is preferable; experience with Boots or Superdrug is a significant advantage.
• Textured hair experience is essential.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Full UK driving license and ability to travel to visit customers is essential.
