Description
The successful International Sales Manager / National Account Manager will:
- Leadand manage National Accounts for maximised profitability and growth.
- Work independently against pre-agreed goals. No cold calling (per se), existing contacts will be managed by you and you will need to carry out daily follow ups.
- Develop strong relationships with key retailers and brand partners.
- Implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Adhere to all company policies and sales procedures.
Working Days/Hours, at the moment are:
Monday - Thursday (in office, within Buckinghamshire) - standard hours are 08:30 - 17:30 / flexi time available: start 07:30 (16:30, finish) OR 09:30 (18:30, finish)
Friday's - 08:30-2pm (Working From Home)
Profile
A successful National Account Manager should have:
- Toy Industry experience is preferred but not essential.
- Could have wider exposure across multiple departments such as Product Development/QA understanding (i.e. localisation/USA testing/vendor compliance)
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role within the USA market is highly desired.
- Strong understanding of the retail industry and market dynamics (USA).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in relevant sales software and CRM systems.
