National Operations Delivery Manager

Due to our continued success, we are looking for aNational Operations Delivery Manager to join our business.

You will ensure strong operational management of the Business across 4 national locations, with the objective of controlling cost whilst delivering the highest level of service.

The main duties of this role are to:

• Effectively maximise fleet utilisation
• Responsible for upholding strong audit standards at the branch
• Oversees the processes in place for planning of vehicle movements and customer deliveries and collections
• Weekly reviews and prep of all held assets
• Identifying and developing branch staff
• Recruits, develops, and manages suitably qualified staff

To be successful in this role:

• Have previous managerial experience of working in a similar industry
• Will possess a genuine passion for people
• You’ll always lead by example - rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done. It’s how you’ll encourage everyone else to give that little bit more.
• Outgoing personality and thrive in a high-energy/fast-paced environment
• All candidates will need to demonstrate that they have the Right to Work in the UK.
• A clean driving license is also highly desirable.
