Due to our continued success, we are looking for a National Operations Delivery Managerto join our business.
You will ensure strong operational management of the Business across 4 national locations, with the objective of controlling cost whilst delivering the highest level of service.
The main duties of this role are to:
- Effectively maximise fleet utilisation
- Responsible for upholding strong audit standards at the branch
- Oversees the processes in place for planning of vehicle movements and customer deliveries and collections
- Weekly reviews and prep of all held assets
- Identifying and developing branch staff
- Recruits, develops, and manages suitably qualified staff
To be successful in this role:
- Have previous managerial experience of working in a similar industry
- Will possess a genuine passion for people
- You’ll always lead by example - rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done. It’s how you’ll encourage everyone else to give that little bit more.
- Outgoing personality and thrive in a high-energy/fast-paced environment
- All candidates will need to demonstrate that they have the Right to Work in the UK.
- A clean driving license is also highly desirable.
