National Sales Manager - UK

The Role
They now seek an experienced National Sales Manager to lead the sales function for the Women's Health Business Unit at a national level across the UK. This is a second line leadership position supporting a team of RBMs who directly manage teams of KAMs and Primary Care Representatives. Your vision for the sales function will inspire and motivate the team to achieve company objectives, underpinned by your ability to drive a high-performance culture and excellence in sales delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a clear vision for product and portfolio performance including marketing and market access strategies
- Create a high performance culture (coaching, training, knowledge building)
- Support business development opportunities
- Provide insights for forecasting
- Coordinate pre and post launch activities for new product launches
- Set and deliver on regional and territory targets
- Lead Cycle meeting planning and delivery
- Business planning and budget control
- Regular reporting to the UK Business Unit Director
