About the Opportunity
We are looking for an individual to join our team as Technical Lead across our portfolio of UK National Security work. You will be responsible for helping our clients to define their requirements for work on a technical framework that is predominantly software development-based, and which covers digital transformation, cloud solution development, data science, and in-service support. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of technical delivery across several teams.
Functions to support include:
  • Technical lead on framework call-off bids
  • QA of framework call-off work, including adherence to standards
  • Visibility and engagement on technical collaboration opportunities
  • Encourage regular formal and informal dialogue with the customer and across the partner ecosystem
  • Attend Service Delivery Boards
  • Technical representative for Change Management Board
  • Technology horizon scanning for Continuous Improvement and Innovation
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with internal and external stakeholders (customer and partners)
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively to deliver excellent client solutions.
  • Regularly travel to client sites within the UK

Here's What You'll Need:
  • Highly experienced in undertaking and overseeing/ managing high-assurance software development activities
  • Experience working with internal and senior external stakeholders
  • Experience building internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Experience of working with the Intelligence Community
  • Experience in both agile and traditional delivery methodologies
