This company employs over 250 people in the UK turns over £25m and has impressive growth plans. We are looking for a National Specification Account Manager with experience to cover the South region.
Job Title: National Account Manager - Specification Lead (Southern Coverage)
Company: Manufacturer of Bathroom Furniture
Location: Predominantly covering the South of the country.
Package: £55,000 + Hybrid Car + £10,000 bonus
Responsibilities:
- Manage key housebuilder customers and specialist contract merchant partners with existing specified business that generates circa £3.5m pa.
- Drive and maximise business across regional relationships with key housebuilder partners.
- Identify and target new business within residential new build, hotel & leisure, hospitality, and modular offsite manufacturing channels.
- Collaborate with national merchant external sales team partners and estimating offices.
- This is very much about the growth and development of the market share across existing and potential customers.
- Developing and targeting the Regional House Builders and Developers
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers while targeting new business.
- You will manage the full sales process.
- Generate quotations, pricing & discounts
- Attend trade events and exhibitions as required.
Customer Base:
- Residential New Build (National & Regional Developers): McCarthy Stone, Lovell, Cala Homes etc
- Contract Merchants: CP Hart, James Hargreaves, PCS, Faucets, Sanipex
- National Merchants: CPS, Wolseley
We are looking for people with experience within the industry, specifically as a Specification Manager, National Account Manager type role with Regional house builders, merchants and contractors.
▪ Experience within the Bathroom-related industry (KBB) sector.
▪ Essential experience in the specification and merchant channel.
▪ Proactive and engaging personality with a strong fit for the team.
Shortlist and interviews are scheduled for the week commencing the 18th and 25th of March.
