Role Overview: As the In-House Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and awareness within the technology sector.
• Create compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and press releases, to engage and educate our audience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and initiatives that support lead generation and conversion efforts.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking expenses and optimizing investments to maximize ROI.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance using metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing roles within the technology sector, with a strong understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving results.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
• Experience with B2B marketing strategies and tactics is preferred but not required.
