Job description

Neighbourhood Administrator

Play a crucial role in supporting Neighbourhood Services, being the the 'go-to' person for administration-related activities.


In the Administration role, you will be:


  • Providing administration duties including creating and formatting letters, scanning, preparing and updating documentation, handling confidential electronic data, and providing system support
  • Responding to and following up enquiries, offering basic advice on service queries
  • Providing an excellent, innovative, and customer-focused service
  • Assisting with occasional Reception cover and other administration duties as and when required

To be successful, you will need:


  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

This is a permanent part-time position with a commitment of 22.5 hours per week.
The working hours can be flexible based on mutual agreement.
You'll be starting on an hourly rate of £11.02 plus benefits, working from offices in the county of Conwy.
