  • The Hub will offer an ideal environment for small businesses – offering space to work, meet and an informal community area for networking or just having a cup of coffee with like-minded entrepreneurs. It will be a bridge for new businesses between existing support available at the BIPC in Central Library and operating as a fully independent business.
