Neighbourhood Officer

Think Community Partnership delighted to be working alongside a leading provider of affordable housing to recruit for a Neighbourhood Officer in Hereford .

The role of the Neighbourhood Officer will be to provide a thorough and customer focused tenancy and estate management service to new and existing residents

Overview

• Immediate start
• Temporary contract – minimum 2 months
• Paying up to £24ph
• Hybrid working

As a Neighbourhood Officer you will be responsible for:

• Manage your own caseload of ASB complaints
• Conduct regular estate inspections
• Carry out tenancy management duties
• Prepare and present tenancy breaches
• Provide advice and guidance to residents with tenancy queries and requests

The successful Housing Officer will need:

• Experience working within Tenancy and/or Estate Management
• Immediately available to start
• Enhanced DBS
• Must be able to drive
