SALARY: £10.98 per hour
DURATION: Temporary
HOURS: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 37 hours perweek.
AppleRecruitment are currently seeking a temporary Neighbourhood Officer for ourpublic sector client based in Ballymena. This role is initially temporary for 3months with ongoing possible extensions. The purpose of this role will be toprovide a supporting and complementary role to the Patch Manager teams byundertaking an agreed programme of duties tailored to the needs of estates andcommunities throughout the Area.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
1. (i) Hold a BTEC NationalCertificate or equivalent Professional or Technical qualification* (Level 3)plus at least one year’s relevant customer service or general administrativeexperience
Or
(ii) Have five GCSEs* (Level 2), or equivalent qualification, plus atleast two years’ relevant customer service or general administrative experience
Or
(iii) Can demonstrate three years’ experience in a relevant customerservice role or general administrative experience

2. Candidates mustdemonstate relevant experience in dealing appropriately with customers in achallenging environment

3. Possess a full current UKdriving licence or have access to a form of transport that will permit thecandidate to meet the requirements of the post in full.
