Committed to making a difference, we seek a Neighbourhood Team Leader to join us in ensuring community well-being. Responsibilities:
- Provide community stewardship, managing relationships across estates, properties, and neighborhoods.
- Lead Neighbourhood Advisors, ensuring consistency and effective workforce planning.
- Manage dissatisfaction and complaints, working closely with the Customer Feedback Advisor.
- Oversee performance management to meet targets.
- Maintain health and safety standards across neighborhoods, coordinating teams for compliance.
- Provide stewardship, maintaining estates and assets to our standards, partnering with local authorities and agencies.
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ 2 or equivalent.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- Knowledge in tenancy and estate management, housing regulatory standards, case management, and complaints handling.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure.
Benefits:
- Salary: GBP41,000 plus GBP1,056 car allowance per annum.
- 25 days annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays and 3 extra days between Christmas and New Year.
- 37 hours per week with flexible working options based on business needs.
