Commercial Litigation Lawyer - Boutique Disputes Practice - Birmingham

My client is a boutique litigation firm with close links to litigation funding. They are looking for a mid-level general commercial litigator with circa. 3-6 years PQE to support them in analysing cases they wish to fund. This is a unique and unusual opportunity for a highly commercial and entrepreneurial litigator to help change the face of class action disputes in the UK.

Working closely with the Managing Partner the successful candidate will be responsible for researching potential class actions, advising on strength of claim, potential claimant pool, damages and related costs. You will also support on the ongoing management of those cases funded.
