Here at Simpson Judge we are looking to speak with experienced Corporate Solicitors with in the Private Equity and M&A markets, who may be looking to move into a Senior Associate position due to natural internal growth and development in the team and firm as a whole.
Our client has an international offering and began life as a small regional firm and seen them develop into a household name with in the legal field. They are looking to continue developing and growing and now is your chance to join their thriving Corporate team in the heart of Birmingham.
Your ideal qualities and experience:
* Qualified Solicitor or Executive with at least 5 years of experience in Corporate law.
* Prior experience working on;
* Joint Ventures.
* Succession Planning.
* Banking & Finance.
* Management buy-ins & buy-outs.
* Acquisitions & disposal or shares.
* Business structures.
* Personable.
* Able to work well using own initiative
* Pro-active and driven
* Strong ICT skills
