Corporate Commercial Solicitor is required to join an international energy and utilities company which is leading the way with sustainable energy solutions.
Corporate Commercial Solicitor Duties
- Providing legal advice in relation to large scale corporate and commercial projects
- Assisting with partnering, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions including internal reorganisations
- Supporting with bidding for energy partnerships mainly corporate and commercial partnership with cities
- Supporting with entry into the market for district heating which will involve commercial or corporate partnering and third party financing
